The following Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of products by you via this web site. We reserve the right to vary these terms from time to time and therefore you must read these terms and conditions every time you make a purchase using this web site.

Order and Payment:

We must receive payment of the full price for the Goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm your order by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order. We accept all major credit cards, except American Express and Diners Club. You can also pay by cheque, which takes seven working days to clear. We take reasonable care to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate. However errors may occur, and if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to cancel your order or reconfirm your order at correct price. If we are not able to contact you or you do not reply then we will cancel the order.

Delivery:

Goods ordered over this online site will normally delivered within 10 working days from our confirmation of order by email to you. Delivery of furniture and some other products may have a lead time of four to six weeks. If you refuse delivery or do not respond to delivery note left at your address, within reasonable time, the goods will be returned to us and you will be charged £25 per carton for the return of the goods and we may not be able to refund you for the goods. See our RIGHT TO CANCEL condition below. There will be £5 delivery charge;for orders over £100 and £7.00 charge for orders under £100. Delivery charges quoted are for UK mainland delivery only. For deliveries to Scottish Islands,Northern Ireland,Channel Islands,Isle of Man,Isle of Wight or Eire please call or email for details.Goods will be delivered between 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Once the goods have left our warehouse we will inform you by email and if you do not receive the goods within three working days then email or telephone us and we will investigate immediately. For security reason we will deliver the goods to registered billing address for first order.Subsequent orders can be delivered at different address. You have a right to cancel your order, provided the order is not processed. In case of special order we may not be able to cancel, if the supplier have sent the goods to us prior to your cancellation. You must cancel your order in writing or by email. We will not accept any cancellation on the telephone.

Return, Refund and Exchange:

Of course we want you to be fully satisfied with the product you have purchased from us.However if you are not satisfied with any product, we will refund or exchange any unused item provided it is returned in the saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging within 7 days of receipt of the goods.All the costs for returning these products are buyers responsibility. You must email us within 7 days of receipt of goods explaining fully as to why you are not satisfied with the product.

Warranties:

All our products are covered by a manufacturers warranty for at least 6 months. The manufacturer warranty covers all manufacturing defects. However this does not cover any damage through buyers negligent or normal wear and tear and misuse of product. Any faulty products will be uplifted by us within seven days of your notification.We will repair or replace the faulty products at no extra cost to you provided all the criteria mentioned above are met.If we are unable to repair or replace the product then full refund will be given within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer.

Any returns that does not meet the criteria mentioned above will be refused and all charges will be borne by the buyer.

We always take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this web site are correct. We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights are approximate and are given as guide. We strongly recommend you phone or email us for more information. All the images of products on our site is to help you with your selection. You should expect slight variations in the colour on our website.
